The organization has started its work in the state of Bihar, our aim is to strengthen the entire state of Bihar in every way. Bihar is a backward state in every sense, most of the labourers from here go to work in outside states, the condition of children in the district is very worrying and our organization which is working to improve the condition of children and women.
The Governing Body is consisting of 7 no. of members as per rule of the Memorandum of Association is the sole authority of the organization. The Governing Body is chaired by the President and the Secretary and they have authority to apply for various schemes, projects under Govt. and Non-Govt. agencies as per resolution of Governing. The Governing Body meeting is held Govt. and Non-Govt.
The work area of the organization is entire India. The organization continuously strives for health education at the primary level, women's self-reliance and positive efforts by reaching out to people living below the poverty line.
The organization has done various types of skill training in the field of skill development in collaboration with the Government of India. The main objective of the organization is to train the youth and connect them with employment. Currently, the organization is studying very closely the training of women in rural areas. and is making efforts to empower them to maintain their traditional livelihood with self-confidence. For example, training in sewing, cutting and woodworking is showing huge employment potential and there is a lot of demand for these in the local market.
